Shri Mitesh Bhangdiya graduated in 1984 and is the visionary founder and Chairman of MKS Group. He began with a modest contract of ₹1,00,000, building it into a 100-million-dollar conglomerate. With extensive expertise in civil engineering, he has guided the group from a proprietary firm into the industry leader, MKS Constro-Venture Pvt. Ltd. Under his direction, the company specializes in infrastructure development, including roads, irrigation, and tunnel projects. His values of integrity, respect, and innovation are reflected in MKS’s operations, fostering quality work, team development, and industry benchmarks.

Shri Shrikant Bhangdiya, the second-generation leader of MKS Group, is a civil engineering graduate with postgraduate qualifications from NJIT, USA, and London Business School. With over 15 years of experience under the Chairman’s leadership, he has acquired significant operational skills and business acumen. Staying aligned with the principles set by the Chairman, he oversees the operational and financial aspects of the group, helping drive its growth and sustainability.
